While driving towards Waimea on the Big Island, I was following what is believe to be a DA, or what's left of it.

Then, when I got to Kona, I noticed in my rear view mirror as I parked on the side of the road. It was the 5th Type-R I've seen on the Big Island (gotta add it to my confirmed sightings). 2 PYs and 3 CWs. It's actually a 97 with a 98 rear end. An actual 97 Type-R on the Big Island, wow, I never thought it would happen. I only got the tail end of it. Then as I cruised into town, I noticed a turbo 98 Type-R that was confirmed earlier with ugly rice tail lights.
Didn't get a picture of it since it left before I got back to the spot where it was parked.

Then on the way back, I stopped in Waimea to get something at a market. I noticed this POS as I drove by to park. Sorry for the terrible pictures, but you get the idea. This possibly is one of the worst riciest cars I've seen on the Big Island.

Actually, there are two 98 Type-Rs with rice tail lights
. So, they are both CW. I haven't seen a NBP or FBP Type-R on the Big Island.
