hi there i was just wondering if there are any acura 1.6 or 1.7 EL owners that browse this forum. For those who dont know what a 1.6 el looks like its just a dressed up version of a civic sedan under da acura name plate.

I believe they have the same engines as the Si/Ex coupe/hatches.

So performance parts are interchangeable.

You know what, I've never seen a turbo EL before, hint hint.

Hey, i saw one of those on sale on ebay once. Thats that Civic Domani thing that they don't have in the US, but its a intro Acura car. Those are cool lookin. I have not seen one on Honda-Tech, they are rare, but welcome. By the way, anyone email me if they have one that has been wrecked in the back, I'd like to do a front end conversion for my 96 sedan.

 

i still consider them civics, why not allow them in this forum. same engine, drivetrain i say the difference is just in the cosmetics.
