Hahaha...The V1 picks up shitty radar detectors that are suppose to be recievers too.
I miss my V1. Best detector IMO.

But it wasn't the X50, so I don't know how it compares against it.

most likely there is some sort of change in the EMF of your vehicle which actually generates minimal radio frequencies that results in induction in the sensors of the radar detector, thusly setting it off.
