Is it possibe without rebuilding the bottom end?Could it be achieved with just headwork and bolt ons?Like intake manifold, crower cams,p+p,i/h/e?

 

yea a good header and good cams with i/e should put u in the 190's or low 200's

what could a 94 vtec lude with weight reduction and around 200 too the wheels make for times?Low 14's high 13's?

I put a SMSP header on a stock h22... Short ram 3" intake and 2.5" exaust and it made 198whp and 157wtq.

 

im making 196whp with no cams or internal work....and i also ran a 13.7...but with slicks could get lower

Hey 2ponit6 did the SMSP really work that well?....im just getting around to building on my car again...was looking at the S2 IM but after reading your results im not sold on it yet...i have a Greddy SS header which i love but im looking at my options..im gonna stay with the bottom end i have now, until im forced to change it...so id have to run type S cams or a milder aftermarket cam given my comp ratio is only 10.6 to 1 also looked at a euro R IM, an also is the SMSP header a direct fit for the fourth gens

 

I think the SMSP header works killer.
