For a 1996 Honda Accord DX, I was wondering how hard it was to install cruise control. The only spot I see where cruise control could possibly go is where a square is underneath the driver side vent. It looks like that square is removable. And if so, where is the best place to buy a cruise control kit for a reasonable price.

 

that sounds just about where it's located on my 95 accord. If you don't have a certain feature/button, honda just covers it I think. I have an empty square thing elsewhere, and I assume it's probably for the dealer-optional foglights.

As for a kit, sorry...I don't know. Maybe try a junkyard? I rarely use cruise control anyway....hope you get what you want

 

Does anyone know what the usual price runs for parts and labor for having cruise control professionally installed?
