Turn the car on, blower will not work but i can hear the vents changing when i hit the directional buttons to aim the blower. Not even a hum.

I checked the fuses and there is one 15 A fuse for the interior light that is broken. Could that have anything to do with it? The fuse box tells me the blower fuse is in a certain location but theres nbot even a port for it. Im confused

 

go under your dash a punch the blower housing a couple of times,if it tries to come on,that will be a blower motor.
