just pull the fuse #15 from the interior fuse box. its a 7.5 amp fuse i believe.
P.S.: it's in the middle row, second one from the right

hope someone sees this but how would you enable it if the fuse was previously removed?
i have an 09 accord coupe and the DRL have never worked, came to find out that fuse #15 was missing, i added a nw fuse and they still do not turn on.
the high beams do work btw
