"Grade A" = marketing tool, started by VIS, copied by everyone. Dont go by whether a hood is "grade a" or grade aaaaa, look at the weight, the weave, the latch design, rolled/cut edges, if it has holes for the weatherstripping, and fitment on other peoples cars.

the difference between VIS A and AA is that the AA has a carbon weave around the frame as well as the top. While the A doesnt. The AA would be more showy i guess.

VIS sells 2 hoods? The difference with the weave around the frame was just their newer models I thought.
