Volk Valve Caps Gone
I hardly drive the R, anyhow, washing her this aft, noticed all four Volk valve caps were gone.... Jesus, what kind of a scum bag do you have to be to steal fricken valve caps....
Anyhow, where can I get replacements and how much do you figure they will be...

I guess... But I rarely leave the car unattended for long periods of time... anyhow, I am going to have to remove them everytime I park the car for more then 5 minutes.... Its enough, I need to slap a club on, autolock on, remove the deck whenever park the car.

That happened to my Type R a couple years ago. Now my Volks are sporting the bland generic black plastic caps and valve stems.
You know it's probably some young kid. It sure would be fun catching them in the act - no physical harm but the emotional trauma I would cause would be priceless.
I hope someone posts that story again!

You do realize these are valve caps, not center caps. If you weld them, then how are you suppose to pump the air into the tire?

Just replace them with regular valve caps and save yourself 50 friggin' bucks!

wow - 50 bones.... I dont need the stems judt the caps.... but screw it... I just go out a get the cheapy plastic ones....
They are lighter anyhow -

the plastic ones are like 4 for 50 cents.
auto tire shops usually give them to you for free if you as a mechanic, even the polished metal ones.
at least i did to anyone who asked me politely.
on a kids car i know, some people took those things that turn on an led as your tire spins and actually superglued them to his valve stem. he had to go get 4 new valve stems.
