Default Quick Question ASAP, Please!!

Just replaced head gasket and valves spring by local garage, after a week, i saw radiator expansion tank has mayoniase like 'gloop'. My friend just told me (indicates cylinder head problems), Is it true any idea of what coz that problem, please help.
Is B16A engine.

White sludge means you have a blown headgasket or it's leaking. Take off you oil fill cap and check if you have any of that white goop on the bottom of it.

No, those gloop are yellow and only find in radiator.

That "gloop" could be residual goop that was in the system prior to the head job... If the coolant wasn't fully flushed then the oil compounds would still be found in the coolant.. is a coolant flush done when the headgasket has been replaced??.. not usually..
