Hmm brand new turbo from ss autochrome. before installing shaft play was zero.
i had to rotate the compresser and inlet sides, maybe that messed something up?

Might be ur oil return line.. .. seems like you have a kink in the line that could cause the oil to build up and creep past the seals , if u don't fix it then the seals will go bye bye Is it smoking blue at all?
to big of feedline or something wrong with return line.i had the exact looking problem before i replaced the feed line and re routed the return line.
how low is your retun line plumbed into your oil pan?

mine is like that too, due to a ******* oil pump that pumps oil from HELL, its way to high PRESSURE. my trubo smokes hella bad, damn seals

I replaced my oil return line with an Oil rated hose ( no more heater hose), shortened the hose up, and now it runs smooth from turbo to oil pan, without any kinks.
my question is, whats gunna happen to all the oil that over ran into the turbo compressor side?
can i just drive it off and pray or do i need to remove the turbo, open it up and clean all the **** out?
thanks for advice. never ran into this problem before.
oh btw the turbo has less than 3 hours of drive time on it, and probably 60 mins or less with the oil coming out of it problem -- since i check the system after each drive.

Did anyone bother to look at the engine bay pic carefully???
If you look at the stock intake hose you will see that the Valve cover vent is connected to the intake hose that is connected to the TB.
That is a
big no no.Your pressurizing your engine the wrong way. That vent needs to vent not pressurize.
I'm surprise that it actually boosted at all like that.
U need to fix that Oil feed before it breaks from vibration.

I think the return line might have something to do with it
