how do you get this off...
i had one of the oem acura wind deflectors on the sun roof (gen2 LS) and i decided to take it off cuz it made the curve of the car look weird..
and it left me with this:

the big spot's are where the paint has rubbed off.. and the brown lines are from the people who owned it be4 me, not takin good care of it, so its 13yrs of dirt.. how do i take that "stain" off and what would i do to put paint back on that area w/o a paint job?
TIA..

go to a local shop and buy "solvent" and make sure you mix very little solvent w/ water to dillute it. that mixture should remove your stain w/ out hurting the paint to much.
as far as the paint chip, find some touch up paint at the same shop and a fine brush. then get to work..

I'd stay away from the solvent. Go for the rubbing compound. As for your missing paint touch up.
Definitely hit up your local automotive paint supplier, they generally have great suggestions on what you can use and have all the supplies you need.

rubbing compound will dull the paint its like sand paper.
try to get some goo gone and bug and tar remover.
castrol superclean will also help.
