Default is this oem or aftermarket shift ****?

not sure if this is an oem honda/acura **** but this came off a jdm eg6, it doesnt look like a factory **** that i have ever seen, but has the distinct red stitch like the factory red stitched *****, 5 speed with reverse all in the correct pattern as a honda/acura cars. and has the correct shifter thread pattern ( thread pattern for the actual shifter) also and fits fine on the shifter nice and snug. just wondering if anyone else has seen this type of ****. my cousin in japan has had no luck on its whereabouts either. thanks for any help you can provide. would like to get some info on it before it is sold. it is a jdm **** so no usdm **** will be the same as far as i have seen. just wondering if anyone has seen it before?

my conclusions so far:
1. its not a usdm 97 itr or prelude optional **** these had the red stitching along the front and rear of the **** > this one stops on the backside.
2. its not a usdm or jdm ep3 si/type r **** because the usdm ep3 has a rounder **** and the threads are wider apart from the shift numbers. and the jdm version has a conical type aluminum/titanium ****.

**edit** remember this is a jdm **** not a usdm.

well its not from a usdm ep3 si here is a photo of one and you see how the thread pattern takes a wider pattern from the 2 and r shift points , and my **** takes a closer pattern much like the 97 itr and prelude optional ****.

more info guys. ill see what i can find on the japanese webpages.

remember it is not a usdm ****. not sure if jdm preludes had a leather optional **** like we did, and ours has the red stitching all the way down on both sides. it didnt stop like it is on this one.

looks are decieving although... the ep3 has the threads going around the ****, and not down the backside. and the itr has both threads that go down the front and backside of the ****. and this one stops on the backside..

anyone else???

thats a subaru wrx (2003-04) shift ****. I sat in one the other day and thats the same exact one. It not a prelude **** either cause I have one and it got two clips at the bottom for the chrome ring to hold the boot up.
