Default Injector Problem >=O

After swapping in a OBD1 B18a into my 89 crx si, the engine would turn over and crank but wouldn't start up. Keep in mind I stayed OBD1 so i tried to use the integra's injectors and i eliminated the resistor box and such.

So I unbolted the fuel rail and tried to start it again. One of the fuel injectors came flying out so the rail is getting pressure, but made me think they weren't firing. So I rewired in the resistor box and put the crx injectors and clips in, but they still aren't firing which leaves me stumped =\ ...

This ever happen to anyone else?

What ecu are you using? Distributor? Did you use a OBD0-OBD1 conversion harness?

There's alot more things that you could tell us. Did you check for spark. Is the motor timed Correctly. Did you recheck everything that you wired up. Stuff like that.

I'm using the 92 integra ECU and dizzy, and i also used a conversion harness. I checked for spark and getting nothing, im trying some new spark plugs wires because i believe they may have been damaged while i was installing the engine. Timing is good though and i''ve been rechecking my wiring.
When i reinstalled the injector box i matched like color wires (red/black -> red/black and so on)
Any parts of the conversion wiring i should specifically check?
Thanks for the help keep it coming

the actual firing order of the spark plug wires themselves...

If you aren't getting spark though, I would change cap/rotor... if you still see no spark you probably have a bad dizzy.

Do you Have a votlmeter? If so check youre Coil. I realy dont think its the plug wires. Ive never seen a car not start because of wires. Recheck the grounds. But it seems like it is the Dizzy. If you dont have spark.

I have a voltmeter, but how do I check the coil? And I'm getting fuel but my injectors just aren't firing. I'm also going to check the voltages on the injector clips too just to see what the readings are. Anyone know what they are supposed to be?
