Yeah, search man. Any VTEC tranny is going to have shorter gears than the LS.

B16 or B18C5 tranny......

B18C1 aswell, but the 2 above have closer gears.

B16 u can get cable but not a the others. well at least i dont think u can get a Gsr cable unless its a old B17 but im not sure

b17's YS1, the LS ys1 or y1, the b16 y1 j1 s1. b16's have the shortest gears there are for b-series, and i think any other honda tranny. my b16 pulls 4000rpm @ 65mph in 5th gear. its at 5000rpm at 80 in 5th. thats not very good if you drive the highway alot, the LS isn't a reving motor and is not meant to sit at that high in the rev's for extended periods... i'd be careful if i were you. i think a good idea would be try a 4.4 final in the LS trans... it would turn out alot like a GSR's
