Oil Pressure Sender resistance range?
It is not a pressure sender. Its just a pressure switch.
Sufficient oil pressure pushes a simple sprung contact, which breaks the switch circuit and turns OFF the oil warning light.

oh really? Does that mean i can remove it and replace it with an actual pressure sender? since the oil light is triggered by turning the circuit off, doesn't that mean i can just unhook it and the oil light will remain off? this would be nice, since i'm already using a T for turbo oil lines, it'd be annoying to have 2 T's on there.
