Default *Low idle problem??

what up yall?
I have a 88 CRX DX with MPFI conversion. When i start her up she starts up rough at first then smooth's out to 2000 RPM.After my car is warmed up the idle sit's around 200-400 RPM.i could damn near unscrew the idle bolt completely and idle will not raise up any higher than 400 RPM .ive cleaned and tried another IACV,still low idle .i have a new dizzy, wires, plugs, timing belt, tried 3 different o2's,still super low idle .i unplugged the IACV to try to set my idle the right way but i could never get the idle to raise up to 600 RPM .BTW i have no cels.smog is comming up in a few months so im trying to get her prepared for it.also i thought i might have a messed up vacuum line so i replace all of em and still have a low idle .im totaly stumped!anybody have any ideas what could cause this???TIA!

here's my setup if it matters:
D15B2 Engine,D16Z6 Intake Manifold,B18B Throttle Body & MAP sensor,JDM ZC Camshaft.

my car does this too, stock d16a6 w/ boltons basically. during warmup the idle is good, until it's fully warmed it start to almost stall and stumbles @ like 2-500rpm right?

I've tried damn near everything, even changing the ecu. My last bet is that the idle screw air hole is somewhat clogged.

yeah mine wants to stall too and it does sometimes.i checked the air hole behind the idle screw and it was clean but when i back the screw out i just hear hella air sucking through intake but the idle still stays the same .

d16a6 tb wont fit a d16z6 manifold, you've got the right one on there.
