yeah Type R's have bigger brakes but so do GSR's, the R's are a little better but the GSR will handle a civic just as good; it is mostly a style thing, everyone wants to be a damn Type R. But for the money the systems go for $1500 if not more theres no way in hell I would buy it, I've sold a few GSR systems for only $500 and that included all 4 disc brakes, alll control arms, all calipers, all shocks and springs, all the lines along with the e-brake system, and 2 of the systems I sold already had race springs already on them. At the end of the day its $1500+ just for the 5 lug pattern. you can put together a turbo system and go stock Type R hunting. Put that money on power adders, 5lugs wont save you from a asskicking when your racing, just upgrade to a LS or GSR brakes if you want to upgrade your civics.

I think he was talking about putting a 5-lug on his integra...not a civic.
