Default oil cooler set up - quick question

i don't believe there would be any difference but just checking, i found an oil cooler kit for 94-99 integra for real cheap, but im running a 90-93 b18, the kit comes with the sandwich adapter that goes between the block and oil filter, just wondering if it would still work even though im a generation older, i don't think it would be different but id like to check. i know a lot of honda parts are interchangeable....our work uses the same oil filter on every honda that comes in from pilot to civic. but like i said, just checking...
thanks
