Default tranny swap

I have a 95 civic dx sedan 1.5l with auto tranny. I am getting a new engine but i want to put in a manuel tranny. Can anyone give me detailed directions so i dont screw anything up along with the list of parts i need to have. Thanks ahead of time.

Thanks for the help. I hope everything goes ok cuz its my daily driver i gotta get this done in like one week. hopefully there wont be problems changing the ecu b/c it has to work w/ the new engine and the new tranny.
