Yeah, no need to spend a lot of $$ on rear rotors. Just note though, that Autozone stores don't carry the rears and are a special order item. However, you can order them online for about $17 each.

the front is really what gives you the stopping power of the car.
why dont you see if you can get the rear rotors cut instead of buying new ones.

Get OEM ones or Autozone blanks as people have said. Your fronts are basically OEM, no extra stopping power with what you have. No need to upgrade your fronts to anything else.
When upgrade the caliper and rotor assembly as a whole, then you are upgrading your stopping power. Note that on a road car like ours, cross drilled/slotted does nothing really. Just looks "cool."

yeah just get some blanks...if you really want to help your stopping power i recommend axxis ultimate brake pads which i use with my cross drilled and slotted rotors...it slows my roll

I wouldn't even bother trying to get old ones resurfaced. I went down to my local AutoZone and they had rear rotors for my car in stock for $17 each + tax, no shipping charges and no waiting to get them.
Only 2 AutoZone locations in the whole city still resurface rotors so it was very worth it to me to just buy new ones rather than drive 60-80+ miles round trip, or twice that if I would have had to drop them off and pick them up later.

I would say get the same ones for the back. That way it matches. Alot of people will say how pointless it is do that. 80% of the time it's pointless to do anything to the front also.
i used the rear rotors off of a ep(the new si) they are the same size as the itr rears and already 4lug used the rotor and caliper works just fine, have older prelude vtec rotors on the front with accord wagon calipers, braking is now a night and day difference.
