Default 92 Lude won't Start

I bought a 92 lude off a fellow marine a few weeks ago. The car was not running when I bought it from him but he said it had been running when he parked it 8-10 months before. The engine will crank/turn over but it will not fire up. I pulled the fuel line to make sure the engine was getting fuel, and when cranking it was spraying. I have not checked the psi of the fuel line but don't know what it should be or if it matters. I also noticed the plug wires were not sparking when I removed them and touched them to the valve cover under cranking. I ran tests on the distributor and coil and everything checked out but I replaced the distributor anyway. I was almost positive it was the igniter that had gone bad but the car still won't start! What all is included (should be operating) when starting the engine? Also, what are a few or all of the key things I should check and how should I test them? Any and all help will be great!

coil???? check to make sue you got juice on the positive side...and on the negative side of the coil...it (test light) should flicker on and off....if it does...then most likely the coil is shot...if it doesnt....the module could be bad...

Didn't check the coil wire. Shitty thing is I really can't do much of anything till this rain stops. If you want to drop by and give it a look, email me at TxTuner@aol.com and I send the address and such. Once the weather clears up, I'll definitely check the coil wire.
