drew isnt a scammer, he is a great guy and a good friend. he has many vouches and has had many transactions on hondatech and you are the only one to complain, not when it was first sent but 5 months later.

You have no legal case at all. I would know considering I graduated in law. The fact it was a trade and both parties received goods its a done deal. Not to mention it took you 5 months to notice it was missing a piece, makes you at fault.

Four police departments? The police can do nothing about a small claim, hence a egt gauge. The police wont do anything. There was no money involved, no legally binding contracts here. This issue has no case what so ever. So there isn't anything that can be done. In addition, there isn't anything that should be done considering your the one that screwed up.

hahahah see what happens when people don't read or know what the **** theya re talking about. First off you need to elarn the definition of scammer. A scammer is someone that can talk someone into sending money and not sending them anything or a product that was not as described, that's a scammer. Anyone that has had a problem with anything in the past was taken care of already, so how does that make a me a scammer. Now him on the other hand selling a piece of property he knows is worthless that's scamming, so there you have it.

Now as for the legal issue at hand, you need to go back to school or something. I already spoke with a local new jersey police department and they already told me to persue getting a lawyer, and let me know the 411 on the situation. So I have already spoke to the right people regarding this matter, but thanks for your advice.

I can now rest assure knowing that I no longer use 'John English" Swift Performance for anything, so for anyone looking to buy stuff off him think twice. So I would have to say for actually stepping up to the plate to solve issues with people that have been unsatisfied that's a pretty big step, most palces will just tell you eat **** unless you do business with the right people so you need to relax. for myself.

All right this is like the 3rd time I've seen this guy tryin to call Drew a scammer. Its starting to **** me off. You got a problem some take care of it yourself. 5 months is a long time to make a complaint. I've known Drew for a while and he is definately not a scammer.
