will a auto rear "L" bracket work on a manual car? i need one to put back the sohc into the car and i found a auto one, will that work?

I don't understand what an "L" bracket is.

 

its the bracket that hooks to the tranny and goes to the rear mount on the subframe of the car, it is shaped like a "L"

 

You'll probably need a confirmation post on this.....but.

Based on what I remember when doing a friend's swap, the rear mount is the same. Only one that's different is the passenger side upper middle tranny mount. Same as the swap for Integras.

Confirm it though.

 

yea casue i found a auto mount at a local junk yard, just want to make sure before i buy it

don't know if its too late or not, but they are the same

 

I just did a auto to manual converison on my 96, and the only thing I changed was the upper tranni bracket. The rear L bracket is the same.
