Default 4th gen lude... obd1 or obd2?

basically the title says it all. i have a 4th gen prelude that i swapped a 99 jdm h22 in and it was originally an h23. i used the h23 wiring harness and i need an ecu for it. what will work and is it obd1 or obd2?

95 and down is OBDI

95 and up is OBDII

use an OBDI p13 ecu and OBDI 4th gen injectors, and an OBDI Distributor
