Fan relay problems
I recently upgraded to a skunk2 intake manifold on my 2001 gsr teg, and after that my fan stopped coming on, we let the car run for bout ten minutes and nothing happened, so installed a mugen thermostat and fan switch and it still dont come on, but my car dont over heat, any sugestions.
Since it doesn't overheat, maybe it's just not getting hot enough to trigger the fan switch. Unplug it & jumper the wires with a paperclip. Key on, that should make the fans run. If so, you know your fuse, relays, wiring, & fan motor are all OK.
If not, get a DMM & a wiring diagram; then post back & let us know.

I tried it with the paper clip before i replaced the fan switch, and it didnt work, i will try it with the new one... I thought i might of messed up the relay, but im gonna get it checked in a couple of weeks when i put it in the shop to get the head built

When it didn't work, that already showed there's something else wrong. When you did that, did the fan relay click? If so, then the trigger circuit seems OK.
I don't have a wiring diagram for '01 anyway. But then I'd start checking for power from the fuse out towards the relay. You can jumper the power terminals at the relay to see if the motor power circuit is OK.
