Default Weird plugs colour/deposits - help?

Yesterday went for a little trip (some 200 miles), and decided to check plugs afterwards.
I haven't actually checked them for some 6k miles, since use iridium plugs, and before they looked good.
But now... I'm worried.
Unfortunately I don't have a camera here so no pics... when I get back home in a week, I'll see how they look than and post pics.

But, here's how they look, and which cylinder:
1) Looks good... little reddish tan, but it's all good
2) Looks kinda geyish, some little deposit on ceramic part (like on nr 4. cylinder but way less)
3) Looks good.. grayish colour (not white), it's good
4) Now this is what got me worried. Colour is grayish, but it has deposits on ceramic, and inner part of surrounding. Deposits look sort like ash deposits (if you chech http://www.nightrider.com/bike...tm#We ) It's not as much as on that picture, but there was that deposit. I scraped most of it away now tho.. but I'm very worried what caused that. Anyone got any ideas?

I'll check plugs when I get back home again.. to see if there is any change (I changed 'good looking ones' with ones that looked worse, so I can more easily check if they'll look the same later.

But, as said, this makes me worry a lot now... why is cylinder 4 spark plug so bad?
I'm not loosing coolant... my car is consuming some oil (did this since it was turboed, about half quart per 800 miles)... but.. dunno...

Help?

Most likely additives in what ever fuel you are using, but without pictures can't tell for sure.
