heres an old pic of my car.

you can decide if they are the same or not..
all i know is that they have a plastic backing and the us seats dont.
but im pretty sure they have a larger side bolster, at least it feels that way. the geneal shape is the same tho

there not the same, they actually have side support than the usdm's. ( Don't hold me to my word, but from what I had seen when I almost bought a set of JDM EG's )

in my opinion, the jdm eg seats are just like usdm del sol seats. they look and feel the same i think except the del sol seat has a stripe down the middle.

Del sol seats look nothing like the JDM EG's , they dont have the 1 armed headrest for a start

random del sol seats

My EG

http://www.imagestation.com/al...art=1

side and seat bolsters are a little similar, but the seat is way different, like saying EP3 seats look like DC2R recaros'

Trust me though, neither seats hold you in, i find the JDM seats worse than the EG Si seats IMHO, i am desperate to find somat that grips properly, but ITRS are just way to priccey Hopefully will sort somat one day

they both are really similar to each other, but its something about that little thing that errupted inside thousands of peoples minds,JDM.its stylish and unique.they dont hold you in, do you mean when you are cornering, because im probably not gonna get into auto-x for a whil

the jdm eg seats use a different material that shapes to your body....the headrest is similar to the del sol one. material is also different.

they dont hold you in changing lanes, let alone autoX They are pretty bad, 3 3 3 is way of, they dont mold, just bog standard foam, and not very supportive, no lumber support at all, so they arent great on long journeys. Made worse as they lack thigh support and are a little short, so not good, fine for <1hr driving but not good for performance or long driving

They look great though, but UK EG6's have em too so they are common over here

they are deeper and better padded than the Del Sol seat though, but the headrest are nothing like each other, except they dont adjust, so you cant actually rest your head on em.

Not a fan of em, if your swapping go S2k, GSR, ITr, andything but JDM EG or Del Sol, they are not an upgrade
