stupid debadging question
definetely let someone who knows what they are doing do the job...someone who has car welding experience so that they dont warp anything...althougth the hood is pretty darn thick.
If you are 17, I'm guessing you are still in highschool. I bet you could talk to the "shop" teacher and he might make a little project out of welding your car for you. Just don't let the students learn how to weld, using your car.

go to wal-mart and get this marine epoxy crap... (if you're near water I guess, mine has it) and then get ready.
Punch out both plastic peices and then get some sandpaper. 80 grit.
Sand down the inside with 80 grit nice a rough and then use the epoxy how it's supposed to be done. Make sure you have some of the epoxy sticking out of the holes. Wait until its dry and then sand down to where it matches the lines of the trunk. Prime and paint.
I did it to my deck lid after removing my wing. Looks good for an amatuer.

despite the fact that the people here have now classified you as a ricer, i have to admit, there are only a few optins, if you arent the welding type, save up for a carbon fiber hood instead and then drop that on, or perhaps buy a used one, PM and i can arrange that, or, what you can do is buy a new aftermarket stock hood, and i dont think it has the holes, but you have to make sure of that!

That does not answer his question and was stupid and pointless to post that. If you look in the haynes manual you should have there is a basic guide to body work and that should help you to get this done. It is very simple. since you cannot weld then you need to use some sort of body filler and fill the holes. I recomend using a 3M spot filler rather than Bondo because bondo is not as smooth when sanded and can leave spots. First Sand down then fill then sand block it and then shoot it (with paint for those not familiar with painting terms).
Or just take it to a body shop and have them do it.
