My brother has a 96 GSR with a DC header and I need to know what size(inlet,outlet)/brand cat to get that will bolt up to the header and then to his 5zigen exhaust. Any recommendations on what to get and where would be appreciated.

Cat brand? powercore? Magnaflow cat ( recommend)? universal is cheaper but performance might not be as better, im not sure, search in ebay or something

and it sounds like u got a USDM Dc sports header that has 2.25" outlet...then you will need (for your best performance) you will need 2.25 inlet & 2.25 outlet cat (universal is fine, cheap, cant really tell the different anyway)

and 2.25 inlet & oulet resonator.(optional, but i would recommend for raspy and riceyyyyy sound reduction) i dont know ur 5zigen inlet diameter so...but i would recommend a 2.25 inlet muffler and 3 to 4inches outlet tip
