what model teg is this
Im not a teg fuking guy so how do u tell the difference between a GSR and a Type R? Is there a difference in sideskirts or something? TIA

ITR's DO NOT have sunroofs...
Cant really tell from the pic
If the VIN says JH4DC2 and it does not have a sunroof then it is an ITR ( I forget the VIN code for type-r)
If it is an ITR then it will have/or not have the following
no sunroof
5 lugs
third brake light
no brake light in ITR spoiler
ITR lip
no side moldings
only made in white/black/yellow
I think that is all you need to know visually going off that pic. I really cant tell. I can not rule it out though..

Spoilers are standard. Very high spoilers, not like the gsr one
You know what, if someone sent you that pic claiming that is an ITR they are already trying to scam you because there is no SURE way to tell from that picture. The picture itself makes me think he is trying to fake it.

From that pic... i'm guessing it's an RS cuz it doesnt have a sunroof.
RS: Base model. no sunroof. no spoiler. and i think no power door locks n no power windows.
LS/GS: Sunroof. Spoiler optional. leather optional.
GSR: Comes w/ spoiler w/ brake light. b18C1 Engine.
Type R: no sunroof. Comes stock w/ a wing (no brake light). Comes w/ Type R front lip. 5 lugs on rims. interior should have red stitching. umm... gauges come amber w/ cf trim.
RS: Base model. no sunroof. no spoiler. and i think no power door locks n no power windows.

Certainly isn't a Type R. You can tell that it is a 94-97 by the rear bumper and mirrors. So, if it were a 97 ITR, it would be white.
Those appear to be the Rota Group N wheels, which only came in a 4x100 lug pattern. That definitely looks like a lexan rear window though!
BTW....is there REALLY any point to this thread? I mean, you could always go to the DMV, run that plate, get his address and go find out.

It's a 94 RS...with b20/vtec. I was in the market for a car and that one happened to be hella near my area. If whoever posted it was looking to purchase it, all i can say is that it looked hella clean in the pix

actually if you really looked at....that is a 98+ rear bumper...but as Jintegra99 said, it's not an R as he has already looked at buying it, but I just wanted to show that the reasons given earlier could not rule out the fact that it was a type r

ya...1zach4 is right, it is indeed a 98+ rear, as well as the front (with a type r lip), but it was just converted. Also, if you look at the rear glass, you'll notice it's the lightweight stuff that i can't exactly remember the name of. Anyways, I can assure u guys it is a 94 RS underneath all its mods.

My friend's LS has power locks. It's a '97 I believe

LS=luxury sport.(not sure)..but I'm sure it's not luxury sedan. (there are 2doors ls too you know.)
