Default What are the advantages of a P30 over a P28 ecu?

I'm going OBD1 soon, and deciding on a ECU.

I want to run Crome, or similar, with datalogging, and something like cuddle as a display.

What are the advantages of a P30 over a P28? The P30 would not have a knock sensor in my case.

none performance wise...but a P30 has provisions for a knock sensor (which can be turned off), while a P28 doesnt have one
