Adding aftermarket power door locks in a 92 civic.
So, my new civic's driver-side door lock is messed up. I was looking at lock cylinder replacements, but they are around $80+. I was thinking of just getting power door lock actuators, switches, etc. from a junkyard and putting them in place and getting a keyless entry system in place.
My question is. I have no power door locks now. Can I just plug the applicable parts into my 92 DX and have power door locks? Are all the plugs in place? Will it work mechanically?

i think if you get the appropriate parts off of a car that has them factory that it should basically be plug and play with the mechanical parts.
as for the electrical you might have to look into plugging them up for power and getting the harness's.

I actually worded this wrong. I'm just looking to see if I can take factory door locks/switches from a civic at a junkyard and plug them right into my existing non-power doors. Are the harnesses there, and all the wiring I need?
