I'm swappin a 2000 h22a4 into my 97 Acura CL and I want to stay OBD2 for now so I can get that BAR sticker. As we all know, 97+ ECUs came with immobilizers. I've been told that I can get an ECU reprogrammed at the dealership. When I called, they said they wouldn't do it for me when I mentioned swapping an engine. I don't want to use a 96 ECU and go through the trouble of replacing the fuel injectors and such. Who here has successfully had their ECU reprogrammed? What should I tell them? Please help..!
