im having a problem with hookin up my ecu..i got a 97 type r ecu and i was wondering if there is was an adapter harness that will make it fit in my 96 integra gsr 4 door...please help

 

How sure are you that it's a 97 ECU? The 96 and 97 ECU's are both OBD-2A and are interchangable.

 

im pretty sure cuz i looked it up and it is from a 97...someone told me that it was interchangable but i am not sure y it does not plug up ....i looked on the ecu and there seems to be 5 connectors that should be plugged up to it but on my car there is only 3 connectors that only go to the ecu...
