Hey,i got a 93 integra LS. i wanted to know if these oem type r lightshttp://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...33710 would fit on my car without any modifications such as drilling, cutting, etc. also i wanted to know if 99 integra taillights would fit on my car too. i doubt that the taillights would fit, but i think the headlights will fit, what do you guys think. Also, please send me some links, or pics on what lights you guys think would go nice on a 93TEG

 

those r dc2 type r head lights ... type r head lites r always dc2 or dc5 (jdm)
1990-1993 is a DA
1994-2001 is dc2
2003 or 2002 + is dc5 (rsx)

if u want JDM head lites they r just a 1 clear 1 piece pair of head lites u can probably find them on ebay as well

i kinda wonder if it is possible to make a clean jdm type r front end conversion on a da? and has anyone done it yet

k thanks, no about the engine, i was thinkin aboutt droppin a b18c5 do you think i will need any custom work in that? tell me what engines would slide right in a 93 teg. like a b16 or h22

uhhhh, hold up. 93 teg... h22... uhhhhhh, please tell me you don't think that an h22 will just "slide in" your 93 teg!
B16 - Yeah
B18c1 or c5 - Yeah
h22 - No, with "some" work - yeah
I would say **** v-tec, if your engine doesn't have v-tec then don't mess with it, if it already has v-tec then fine, in other words I would stay away from ls/vtec especially if you don't know jack **** about cars, me personaly I would just go with a built tubo ls. but thats just my .02

 

From ebay ad:

it won't fit.. don't get it. and even if it did, i don't think you'd want just the right side anyway.

also, i don't think these are type r headlights. don't type r headlights have black innerhousing? (correct me if i'm wrong) i think this is just a jdm teg headlight.. not jdm type r. false advertising!?
