where do you guys tap into oil pressure and what size fitting?

where do you guys tap into oil pressure and what size fitting?
Very new to hondas and need to know what size fitting to use, and where to tap in. I read on one post that someone used an 1/8npt on the back of block. Would that be by the oil filter?
