Are you 100% positive? I've heard mix reviews on another forum and wanted to check here. I would hate to have the wrong clutch, and get charged labor.

It depends on the year Integra you have. On 90-91's, only the pressure plate and flywheel will work, as the shafts are different. The ITR clutch disk will only work on 92-up transmissions.
If you have a hydraulic clutch, and it's a B-Series engine, it should work and I'm 100% positive. I had an issue one time with a clutch and I needed to put a clutch in my car to run ASAP and we found an old LS Pressure plate. Put the LS Pressure plate along with a GSR Clutch onto my ITR flywheel in my ITR and drove off with no issues.
I've heard another instance of a GSR clutch with LS pressure plate... with that said, is there any other evidence that would say that an LS clutch the other way around wouldn't work? I've heard maybe a spline/shaft may differ also...
