Default Should I pull the engine??

I am going to install my low compressoin pistions/new barings on my B18B1 and im wondering if i should pull the engine to do this. I know installing my new parts will be much eaiser with it out of the car but i dont want to pull it out unless i need to. Has anyone put pistions in, in the car?

It is always easier with the engine out.

Do you have a lift or were you planning on working on your back if you leave the motor in the car ?

Pull it out only takes an hour w/ Hand tools, and its easier to measure clearnces and specs.

Yup, much easier than installing everything in a crowded engine bay.
