water spots on my window and mirros?? HELP??

i have water spots on the two windows and on the side mirrors. ive tried almost anything and everything to get them out. notin is workin. they are really gettin anoying. really notin is helping. is there someting that will help???

steel wool, rub gently, get it slighly wet...

windex dont work for ****. wont steel wool scratch the glass?
