Default 99 b20 in 99 Si...starting problems, help!!

hey guys ive swapped a 99 jdm b20 in my 99 Si but when I try to start the car i have to hold the gas pedal down to the floor in order for it to stay idling at about 500-400 rpm, once i let go it shuts off. im running it for the time being on the 99 Si ecu & wiring harness along with the Si tranny until I get an ls ecu along with an obd conversion harness. Help me out!!!

Over last weekend I redid all of my wiring and ended up with the same problem after I reinstalled the harness. It ended up being an injector wire on the harness was loose and not plugged in all the way. I'm not sure the name of the plug, but the location was on the backside of the motor just beside the oil filter....

Turbogixxer will know what i'm talking about and I'm sure he'll answer soon. That guy stalks all of my posts.
