Default s14 with home depot lip

Well my friend went to this drift competition the other day and came back and told me how badass this one cars DIY lip was! I of course had to ask what it was and he explained it as the stuff you line your gardens with. I laughed and showed him some pics of the infamous "home depot lip." I told him it was gay and not to do it, but today he sends me this:

I'm sure you could imagine how disappointed I was. What do you guys think? Yay or nay ?

Definitly looks better on that 240 than it does on any Honda I've seen it on. Tell em to paint the screws or whatever ghetto he used to tack that **** up.

haha nothing wrong with it, it's just blowing up like n*sync. in doing so, it's lost it's appeal and edge. same thing happened to underground hip hop. once you go mainstream, you can never turn back

in any case, the car is nice in general. my roommate has one and he gets dumbass questions all the time like "do you drift?" or "is that a jdm conversion?" You should really get your friend to look into the getting the nissan optional lip

When you start shopping for performance parts at Home Depot it's not going to be pretty. Tell him to get the matching "garden rake rear spoiler" and "downspout sideskirts". That would look awesome

Naw, just get the stylish Mugen copy lip that everyone has, I've seen it on every Honda, a few Nissans, even a Neon

I had one on for about a month, it was clean though.
Of course this was after my oem itr lip was smashed into pieces after I tried to make my exit and slammed into 5 rubber poles.

I would never do it again, made me and my ride feel cheap.
