Where did you get your Mugen Hardtop
Just like the topic says.. where did you guys pick up your Mugen Hardtop's? Or is King and bulletproof the only easy accessible distributors to get them.
King is the sole distributor in the US. So... regardless of who you get it through, it still goes through King.
BP? no experience with them, but if their prices are any lower than King's, then it isn't warrantied at all and is gray marketed. some other companies do this. nothing wrong with it at all, but let's just say it's a bit of insurance on a 2500 (fiberglass) 5000 (cf) hardtop to make sure it reaches you in one piece.

I doubt that any modifications to hard top fitments were changed on the '04's. If you give King a call, you'll either speak with Scott or Bob. Just ask one of them. Very knowledgable guys, and besides.. what else is there to do in WI than help you out?
edit: but I know you are making payments on the car, so if you want a Mugen hardtop, keep in mind, the fiberglass version is not painted nor prepped, and you'll need a mounting kit as well. So... after ~3000-3400, that's a chunk off of your car loan.

Just so there is no confusion...King Motorsports is the only distributor, as Mr. Bagel mentioned, in the United States. There are other places that have Mugen, or now known as MTEC, products because they purchased those items from King.
I've dealt with King Motorsports before, and their customer service is excellent. I will continue to use their services myself.

I guess you didn't get the notes from above. Yes, you can get it from TK, but... in the end, it might kick you in the butt if there is anything and I mean anything wrong with it at all. Besides, when you call up King, they put the stuff on their cars all the time. So, who better to ask for help or any assistance, let alone, the insurance that you are getting a fine fine product.
Remember, TK + shipping + customs + oh wait, you wanted the item this month? Not gonna happen unless you shell out close to another grand to have it shipped over.
