Default what type of header is this?

just wondering if this is for a turbo motor only?

unless you feel like fabricating a flange for your exhaust, blocking off the wastegate, and dealing with a loss of power, then no, it's not for turbo only.

that's a turbo manifold, turbo header, whatever. yeah you can't use it without a turbo.

That is an equal length turbo manifold. AN-R, as well as a few more companies make equal length naturally aspirated headers. They look like a piece of art, but more important is that they make good power. Search for more info, as many many many topics have been discussed about headers and header design.
