My 93 VX is currently broken down in a grocery store parking lot like a mile from my house. It clicks like it wants to start, but it just wont. I know the battery is fine because in start 2 it runs the A/C. When I go to start tho, it clicks and clicks and clicks really fast, but then it just stops. Anyone know what to do? I already checked all the fuses.

 

check the ground wires
clean them off with sandpaper or brillo pads or scouring pads.
make sure the ground is on the trans !

anyone else? possible battery on its way out?

 

battery could be just weak enough to not kick the starter.
jump it.

 

A little coca cola will clean that white stuff off the battery lines.
