im trying to unistall my kit, and there are 2 lines on the "ect" one is labeled regulator and the other is labeled intake...now the intake hose is connected to a cylinder like thing on the firewall that is black and is labeled 4vl 4391, now where would that hose go to, i try to put it on the intake manifold on the back but the hose was too small for it (ITR manifold) now the regulator hose is connected to my FPR and thats it, i cant find out where it would go once disconnected from the zex ect, please help me...

 

I honestly wouldn't know w/out being there to look at it, did you call the Zex support #?

 

i did call them, and i had no clue what he was saying, it sounded like he said put the intake line with the regulator line...that doesnt make any sense...does it...

 

all you have to do is take off the hose that goes from the zex brain labeled intake.take that hose completely off the car(on both ends).now unplug the one marked regulator from the zex brain and plug it wherever the other hose was pluged up to the car.

 

remove the vacuum lines from the brain box and where they attached to the engine. Run a short (factory) vacuum line from the intake port to the FPR.
