Which is faster Non V-Tech H23 or V-Tech H22?
I am buying a car from a guy with a non V-tech H23 but I wanted a V-Tech H23. Would the non vtech still be faster than the H22 vtech? What could I do to the H23 to make it faster?
the h23 is only non vtec and the h22 is vtec which also has more hp

Its VTEC not VTEK, vtech, vetec ect.
4th gen preludes
93-96 Honda Prelude Si h23 DOHC 2.3 liter 160 hp 156 TQ compression ratio 9.8:1
93-96 Honda Prelude VTECH22 DOHC VTEC 2.2 liter 190 hp 158 TQ Compression Ratio 10.0:1
stock for stock the VTEC model is faster, but the Si is a little bit lighter.

The H22 is quicker than the H23. It makes more horsepower and revs higher.
The H23/vtec is a good build to look @. basically retain H23 torque, but gain some top end.
Also the H23 is more boost friendly if you plan on turbocharging.
All let some of the experts eh-splain
and to accomodate the others might wanna edit your post.. vtec doesn't not have a H
