Anybody know what I can use to get paint off of my dashboard? I tried leather cleaner, but it didn't work. Any suggestions?

 

you shouldn't use any solvents on the vinyl, but if you don't use it, the paint won't come off.

 

try to get paint to match the color you want...probably not gonna come off unless it just gets all cracky and start peeling off...loooooooooong process.

 

GOOF OFF!!!! it works wonders!

 

you're gonna have to either use solvents or scrap it off. heat and scrape might work.

 

Does Goof Off=Goo Gone? If so, I tried it. It doesn't work. I was just thinking about getting a new dashboard from Honda if they sell it. How much do you guys think it'll run me?

There's a few people on here parting out 5th gen prelude interior, you could search.

it will be expensive and will take days to uninstall and install everything, im a painter in a bodyshop and ive it take bodymen whos worked on the same cars all the time take them a day plus to do this.. send me a pic of the paint problem on the dash ill see how bad it is and what type of paint it is, then i will send you some stuff to take it off if i have something that will do the job.. but email me it
