Couple Quick Questions
Ok I just got my 97 GSR a couple days ago, so the last couple days i've been cleaning it, maintenence, all that but I noticed a couple things. On the right rear tailight I have some water vapor in it. I was wondering if I could of gotten water into it when I washed it, then I noticed that there is a small gap between the tailight and the hatch. It's not very big at all but I was wondering was there supposed to be rubber or something that goes in between them both? It could of been there before I got the car but I dunno, I'll have to clean it out tomorrow.
Also when I roll down the windows the motor sounds kind of loud. I was wondering if all Integras are like that. It's not like really loud where you have to raise your voice or something so someone can here you. It's kind of hard to explain it. I tried my best.

make sure you get all the water out of the taillight before you seal it though
my window motors seem loud compared to my bmw I guess, but come on it's a light import car, not too much sound insulation in it
there may be rubber, I dont remember, I have a 4 door, so check out an integra in a parking lot somewhere
good luck
Nick

the gaps are normal, and as long as you have a good gasket or, like mentioned above, seal up the lights with silicone then you should be fine. If you life up your hatch, you will see that there is a rubber liner that keeps water from coming inside the car, and then you will see that there are parts of the car under the hatch that are parts of the exterior of the car, and the water will just roll out.
regarding the motors, yes they are noisey
errrrrrrrrrrr,wrrrr...stop. You'll get use to it

Is the window down when you shut it? IF so it will rattle a little due to the window being down. IF it does this witht he window up, then it shouldn't.
Try taking the door panel off if it's a problem, and looking for loose items.
