Just received new Koni's, got a ??
I ordered a new set of Koni Yellows for my ITR...when i opened the box the shocks were all dirty and the paint was chipped off in many places. wtf?
Also, does each set come with only one adjustment ****?

the paint does chip off pretty easy when you handle them and install them, but this shouldnt happen with new shocks during shipping!
ordered from wiredspeed lab but they were supposedly shipped directly from Koni...so its ok with only one adjustment tool and the paint does chip easily...

I'm also having a problem with them.
I sent $1700 dollars and I'm still waiting on them, from day one I've had nothing but bad customer service, bad packing on the shipping(lost an item), and now once again they're ignoring my emails.

yeah...their customer service definately blows, took 2.5 weeks to receive email with an invoice and they never emailed a tracking number...took three calls to even get an email sent

I can't even get through on the phone, & nothing on AIM.
I also didn't get a tracking #, until i sent about 5 emails.
I've sent numerous email's... I plan on taking this to the proper authorities pretty damn soon.
